When Lindsay founded Bespoke Careers in 2004 she made herself a promise; her business would always put people first and do whatever possible to help them achieve their goals.

Jimmy joined Bespoke Careers in 2006 having previously worked in operations for several major retail brands including, Jigsaw, GAP and Monsoon Accessorize.

Krista trained as an architect at Sydney University and practised in the city before moving to London. She joined Bespoke Careers London in 2007 and returned home in 2009 to launch our Sydney office, based in Surry Hills.

Prior to joining Bespoke in 2011, Georgie was a registered architect and worked with architecture practices in Adelaide and Melbourne on education, commercial and multi-residential projects.

Luke joined Bespoke Sydney in 2015, working on the architectural and interior products desk which he led from 2017 before moving to join Bespoke London.

Alastair studied architecture at the University of Manchester and the University of Hong Kong. He then spent ten years working for award-winning architecture firms based in the UK.

James runs our Austin-based Texas office and offers his expertise and support to our client and candidate base across the Lone Star state.

Lucy worked as an architectural assistant at Lewandowski Architects before joining Bespoke Careers in 2010 as a recruitment consultant. She advanced to head the architecture team and later became head of recruitment & client relations.

After completing Management Studies at the University of Leeds, Hannah worked for several years in various business support roles and in 2012 she relocated to Australia.

Having obtained a degree in Financial Management and International Relations, Kata joined the Bespoke team as Finance Assistant in 2018.

On completing a Degree in Architecture, Fariyana went into the world of cars working with companies such as BMW, Land Rover and Rolls Royce.

With experience in designing creative solutions for the commercial and residential industry, through the practice of branding and interior design

With a solid educational background in Architecture from The Leicester School of Architecture (LSA) and four years of hands-on experience in the high-end private residential sector, Craig joined Bespoke Careers in 2023.

Micah is a marketing and design specialist primarily concerned with visual branding and user experience.

Zai previously worked in recruitment for the Tech industry, specialising in permanent commercial and business operation roles across UK, USA, APAC and EMEA.

Laura has 10 years experience recruiting within the Architecture Industry. She started out her career working in New York - where she specialised in senior-level search & selection for the built environment.

Stewart worked at Arcadis CRTKL before founding his own design firm, supporting architectural clients in competition entries, communications, and marketing for major global and national projects across multiple sectors.

With a BA in Architecture and 3+ years of experience in the industry working across all RIBA stages, specifically within residential and commercial projects and also experience within the planning department at a property developer.

Musab has an extensive 7 years' experience within the architecture industry since completing his bachelor's degree in 2015.

Tahj, a UNSW Landscape Architecture honours graduate, brings invaluable hands-on experience to Bespoke's architecture recruitment team.

Misty worked in her early career as a registered architect and then a practice manager. She brings over 18 years' experience within the industry. She has worked for small and large practices including eight years as practice manager at Bates Smart.

Ryan studied landscape architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture before gaining some architectural design experience in Shenzhen, China, after which he returned to the UK to work for landscape and urban design specialists, Plincke.

Alex started his career as a plumber in the UK and after qualifying, he worked in the construction industry alongside architects and designers.

Prior to joining Bespoke Careers in 2017, Prue worked across different industries including interiors, fashion and workplace ergonomics.

Joining Bespoke in 2017 as the Operations Manager, Aimee has solid foundations in the A&D industry and extensive knowledge across all areas of business management with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency,

Ashley studied interior design at the University of Technology in Sydney before working in the health, mixed-used and retail sectors with leading consultants and industry experts such as HDR and Scentre Group in Australia.

Samantha entered the recruitment profession in the education sector five years ago, having trained as a PDHPE Teacher at Liverpool John Moores University.

Cherlin completed a Bachelor of Interior Architecture while working in the hospitality industry.

Rennel studied Interior Design at CATC, part of The Billy Blue College of Design before founding a boutique Interior Design firm in Sydney that specialised in residential interiors.

Erin studied Interior Design and worked within the industry in residential design and renovation.

Since completing a Commerce Marketing degree in her homeland of Sydney, Hayley has gained an extensive amount of experience and exposure across the media, sales and advertising space, primarily supporting Senior Executives and CEO’s.

After graduating from University of East Anglia with a degree in International Development, Holly went on to travel around Southeast Asia and Australia for 6 months.

Upon completing her bachelors degree in Psychology, Elizabeth decided to pursue her long standing passion for Interior Design.

After completing his Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne, Kurt went on to set up small community-centric businesses in regional towns across Australia. Since then, he has worked with a boutique studio in Hobart, Tasmania.

Having obtained a Masters in architecture at the University of Melbourne and working in practice at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne.

Alex studied Applied Arts at The Billy Blue College of Design, renowned for its innovative education taught by designers for designers.

Jenna gained her Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University and worked as a senior designer on retail, commercial and mixed-use projects for six years.

Carilyn joined the Bespoke Melbourne team in 2018 and works closely with the MD and global team of leaders to oversee the daily administrative and operational needs of the business.

Emma graduated with a Masters in Architecture from Newcastle University in 2018 having worked at various architectural practices in Manchester and Liverpool.

Charlotte is a registered architect with experience within the high-end residential, educational, commercial and heritage sectors in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Emma started her career in Dubai working in sales & marketing for some of the world’s leading Hotels & Resorts.

Katie is an interior designer with a bachelor’s degree in design from Mercer.

Erica is currently studying Interior Architecture at Swinburne University. Supporting the Architectural Products and Business Development teams, Erica is an avid designer looking to expand her field of knowledge.

With over 14 years of interior design experience, Rose brings great insight to her role as Interiors Consultant.

Panashe completed her Master of Architecture at Deakin University and has since worked in various sectors including high-end residential, hospitality, education and aged care.

Anna completed her degree in Architecture at the University of Sydney.

Sally has completed an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design and worked as a recruitment consultant before joining Bespoke as a Team Coordinator to support the Architecture and Interior Design teams.

Deanna completed a Bachelor of International Studies at Deakin university majoring in Film and Photography before joining national radio network Southern Cross Austereo in a Sales Coordinator role.

After completing Architectural Studies at the University of Auckland, Gemma worked as a studio manager at LCD Design Consultants and then at Lemonade Design Ltd.

Prior to joining Bespoke, Amy worked in events and interior design. She established her own textile business, designing outdoor upholstery fabric which was sold across both Australia and the USA

Chris moved from London to join the Bespoke Careers team in New York in 2016. Previously Head of Customer Support at CGLI, where he managed a team of 70 support staff and consultants across 12 offices

Rami has worked for award-winning architecture firms both in the US and abroad, exposing him to a wide range of private and public projects including mixed-use facilities, high-rise residential

Brian is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Architecture. After spending ten years in architecture he took the opportunity to help grow a small menswear company.

Tasha is a licensed architect currently living in New York city. Her career in architecture and design began with expertise in design-build in both Washington and California.

An experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry of Architecture and Interior Design.

Marcos started his career in retail where he managed multi-million dollar flagship stores in New York City. During the height of the pandemic, he decided to focus on his love of recruiting and worked for both boutique and global recruiting firms.

Nikki has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from East Carolina University and worked as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer for 6 years in the NYC metro area.

Taylor joined Bespoke Careers in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in connecting top creative talent with renowned interior design firms, including AD100 companies.

Olivia is originally from New York and working on completing a BA in architecture at New York City College of Technology. She has worked for a large real estate firm for a few years assisting in sales galleries and different sites.

Peter has been the Global IT Manager since 2014, prior to which he worked as a consultant recruiting IT, BIM and emerging technology roles.

After finishing her Master of Architecture degree at Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Asal moved to Europe where she worked in the design and technology industry both in London and Milan.

Rachel graduated with a bachelors in Architecture and a minor in Art & Architectural History.

Mareika joined Bespoke after several years of working in architecture & design recruitment. She has a long-standing connection to the industry and has completed studies in both architecture & interior design.

Xavier joined the Bespoke Careers team after working in the high-end retail space for over 10 years.

Matt joined Bespoke Careers with a background in design education and business recruiting. After over 15 years of building relationships in fashion, interior design, and entertainment, he branched out to recruit within those industries.
