Women in Architecture UK launches its 2025 Mentoring Programme in Manchester with a panel discussion on unseen aspects of architecture.

Women in Architecture UK marks the official launch of the 2025 WIA Mentoring Programme with a record number of participants and its first event in Manchester. The evening will centre around *Shifting Perspectives: Seeing the Unseen*, a panel discussion exploring overlooked aspects of architecture and the built environment.
Keynote speakers Dr Lucy Montague, Senior Lecturer at Manchester School of Architecture, and Rebecca Coley, Head of Planning and Development at Trafford Council, will open the event. The discussion will feature insights from industry professionals, including Danny Crump (Layer Studio), Kwame Ohene-Adu (HTA), Fiona Hunt (Sheppard Robson), and Karolina Olszewska (SimpsonHaugh), facilitated by Tania Ihlenfeld, founder of Ede Enablers.
The event provides an opportunity for architects, planners, and designers to engage in thought-provoking discussions, connect with industry peers, and gain new perspectives on shaping the built environment.
