About this role

This practice currently has a high-profile Studio Lead in place and are now looking to hire a superstar Part II to join their team.

With some serious financial backing and projects already signed off, you will initially be designing elements of a cutting edge community/residential scheme in Korea; sectors will include hospitality and leisure. Other work in the pipeline includes a luxury hotel scheme, commercial and residential, both internationally and in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

To initially work from concept on projects £100m+
To participate and contribute opinions to design discussions.

Skills & Experience

Part II or equivalent qualification could also be a highly advanced Part I.
A portfolio that demonstrates cutting-edge design thinking.
Revit and Rhino preferred, although not essential.
Experience working on competitions.
Ideally, experience working in the Luxury Residential sector.
Experience working on projects overseas (bonus if Asia)
