Design Architect - Tower Residential Projects

About this role

A very exciting opportunity is now available for a mid-level Architect to join this mid-sized thriving design practice. You will be working on high-end Residential/ Mixed-Use projects - most large-scale tower projects - with great involvement across all stages.
The studio is proving themselves to be the one to watch with their high level of design resolution and successful planning processes. The successful Architect will have a strong design sensibility, Revit skills and proven all-round project skills. If you have long-term ambition to really make your mark in your next studio, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities 

• Work on influential Mixed-Use projects, mostly large scale 
• Develop concept work into detailed design
• Liaise with clients, consultants and team members
• Bring projects in on time and on budget
• Ensure the highest quality project outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualification in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience across all project phases with a strength in Design
• Broad knowledge of the planning process and BCA
• Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Good knowledge of the ADG requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
