Proven track record of project lifecycles, conservation drawing packages, and client management is required. Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple projects simultaneously
- Draft full drawing packages for various design stages
- Generate technical and detailed driven solutions
- Work closely with the in-house heritage and conservation team
- Manage clients and consultants
- Bring projects in on time and on budget
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Architecture
- Current ARBV Registration (preferred)
- Minimum 6+ years post grad experience
- Experience working on heritage projects
- High-level Revit & AutoCAD proficiency
- Strong technical knowledge, documentation and detailing skills
- Experience leading a team and managing clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proactive approach with an eye for detail
