They're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to team up with the Global Head of Finance and keep financial operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and staff expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconciling supplier statements, addressing discrepancies, and managing related queries.
  • Overseeing the accounts payable email inbox and handling communications.
  • Preparing and processing weekly payment runs via online banking.
  • Posting payments and assisting with weekly client procurement payment runs.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to keep client projects reconciled and up-to-date.
  • Compiling monthly expense documentation for client billing.
Who you are:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
  • Experience in the creative industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Knowledge of multicurrency transactions and foreign exchange.
  • An AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
