About this role
A Manhattan based Architecture firm is looking to hire an intermediate architect (3-6 years of experience) to work on multi-family and mixed-use projects. This award-winning firm is extremely competitive and has developed a reputation for producing refined, high-quality projects in the US and across the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of projects. Coordinate with multiple consultants. Collaborate throughout the different phases of the project from the early design stages until completion. Assist in putting together presentations for clients and internal reviews. Help put together sets of drawings for DD and CD phases.
Skills and experience:
- A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch) A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience. Relevant experience on multi-family and/or hospitality interiors during SD and DD phases is a must! Ability to understand and translate design intent into technical documents. Software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, Enscape.
