Desirable qualities include the ability to lead and support a team and mentoring junior staff. Confidence presenting to clients & managing consultants. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Multi-Residential projects from concept to construction
- Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members
- Collaborate with design team in a medium-sized close-knit studio
- Ensure delivery of high-quality details
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers
- Produce beautiful documentation
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working on relevant projects
- Excellent design sensitivity
- Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge
- Strong understanding of DAs
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
