Key Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities, close deals, and expand our industry network.
- Strategic Planning: Coordinate business development activities, develop pursuit strategies, and work closely with Aviation Sector leadership.
- Networking & Events: Plan and attend industry events, manage communications with contacts, and ensure high-visibility participation for our leaders.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in managing the business development budget for the Eastern Region.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, earning their trust and respect.
Skills & Experience:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communications or a related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years of regional business development experience in the AEC industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
