BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bespoke Careers is searching for an experienced Business Development leader to join the team of an established residential architecture and interiors firm in Los Angeles. It is a great chance to make an impact at a firm that is a leader in the industry and has a great culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience proactively strategizing for and participating in collaborator/client-oriented business development efforts and financial growth across California and into other U.S. markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with executive team to determine strategies to seek and identify business opportunities to deepen the existing market-sector expertise and strategically expand winning strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, collaborators, peer organizations, industry and community influencers inside and outside the firm at the highest level.
- Develop effective proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Oversee marketing/PR, developing the strategy behind various initiatives.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Communications, Journalism, Business or Marketing preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a leadership level in an architecture, engineering, construction, or design firm.
- Excellent research, communications (speaking, writing, editorial), project management, photography, video, and graphics skills. Command of social media platforms (including data analytics) required.
