This mid-scale thriving design practice focuses on high-end, medium-density residential, hotel and commercial projects in the city-fringe and bayside areas. The studio is proving themselves to be the one to watch, due to their high level of design resolution to projects and successful planning processes. An opening has arisen for a talented Design Architect to join their team. The successful Architect will have a strong design sensibility, Revit skills and a proven track record of effectively taking projects from concept design onwards. If you have long-term ambition to really make your mark in your next studio, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work across multi-res, hotel and commercial projects simultaneously
  • Develop and lead concept work into detailed design
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and team members
  • Bring projects in on time and on budget
  • Ensure the highest quality project outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Architecture
  • Current ARBV Registration preferable 
  • 5+ years post grad experience, including commercial and multi-residential projects
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proficiency in Rhino (preferable)
  • Experience across all project phases with a strength in Design
  • Broad knowledge of the planning process and BCA
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
