They are looking for a Senior Technical Architect who is well versed with swimming pools and sporting centres in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead documentation on aquatic and sports projects Work across schematic design, town planning, design development, construction documentation and contract admin phases Liaise with consultants Lead internal teams and mentor others Manage projects across their full life-cycle
Skills & Experience
- 10 years + experience required, of which should include at least 5 years of local experience Aquatic experience a must Experienced in overseeing a project through all stages from the design phase to contract admin Experienced in working with clients, consultants, authorities and builders Focused on a high level of quality design driven detailing A high level of skill in Revit High level of Australian construction and planning knowledge Advanced organisation skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of documentation skills
