Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and senior management to develop standout project proposals and scopes of work.
- Craft and manage firm qualification/capabilities presentations that showcase the firm’s unique strengths.
- Conduct research focused on specific projects, geographic areas, and industry trends to keep the firm ahead of the curve.
- Track opportunities throughout the business development cycle to ensure every chance is seized.
- Consistently meet client-dictated deadlines with precision and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a creative area.
- At least one year of experience in business development or marketing within an architecture or engineering firm.
- A passion for design and an appreciation for beautiful things.
- Excellent communication, analytical, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for design, architecture, and technology with an awareness of emerging trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office products.
Working Environment:
