Associate Director/ Principal Landscape Architect

As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will impart your passion for design and the importance of relationships while inspiring and leading a group of talented professionals and designers.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the practice through design, technical and management
• Support the delivery of strategic design projects
• Manage workflow scheduling, project management, and team development
• Initiate and assist with business development, execute key stakeholder management, and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in recruitment processes to develop team as the practice grows 
• Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities

Skills and Experience

• Significant leadership experience across public and private sectors, through all stages
• Exceptional concept and design development experience
• Key stakeholder management and client relationship development abilities
• Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills
• Ability to write proposals, win and manage work
• Clear understanding of urban design, pubic realm and landscape architecture principles
• A hunger for continued development, research and innovation put into practice
