Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with retailers and commercial builders to drive demand.
- Manage builder accounts, supporting and training colour consultants to effectively promote and sell the product offering.
- Maintain accurate records and promptly respond to inquiries to ensure seamless customer service.
- Analyse sales data, evaluate trends, and report on conversion rates to optimise sales strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to new home sales teams, ensuring alignment with product offerings.
Skills:and Experience
- Ability to quickly grasp product applications and understand builder processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
