Senior Interior Designer- Rolling out multi-site projects

Incredible opportunity to join this multi-disciplinary design firm as a Senior Designer / Project Leader and become an integral part of their award-winning team. We're on the lookout for a Revit-savvy professional to collaborate with this talented team and spearhead high-impact, innovative projects. With your extensive design experience and leadership skills, you'll drive medium to large-scale projects with National clients from start to finish. You will be passionate about multi-site rollouts and have a desire to excel and progress your career in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Interior Design team on specific project type.
• Mentor and guide Junior Designers.
• Utilise Revit for design and documentation tasks including Kit-of-parts concept packs, test fits, sketch planning etc.
• Take a hands-on approach to manage projects from concept through to completion, including client interactions.
• Drive your project team in creating on-brand designs for an array of existing clients.
• Contribute to business development.

Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience in design, with proven expertise in leading teams and projects.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Experience in branded, multi-site roll outs 
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality delivery.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication skills, efficient problem solver and a keen eye for detail.
