Unique opportunity for an ambitious qualified architect to lead amazing commercial, hospitality and residential schemes in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams on substantial architectural and interior projects focusing on refurbishments and extensions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with contractors on-site to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Flexibly manage projects independently or as part of a large team.
Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified architect with significant years post-Part III experience.
- Experience at a boutique or high-end studio working on quality and well crafted projects with an emphasis on interiors and refurbishment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Rhino.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about pushing design boundaries.
