Revit Architect - Sustainable Residential Projects

About this role

We are seeking a talented experienced Revit Architectural Graduate / Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate Revit drawings for a variety of high-end modular residential and commercial projects across different industries, including private residential, healthcare, education, community, hospitality, and infrastructure.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Producing detailed and accurate Revit models and documentation for high-end modular projects across an array of sectors
• Working collaboratively with the design team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Liaising with consultants and authorities to ensure project specifications are met
• Responding to RFI's and attending client meetings
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all work produced

Skills & Experience

• Min. 3-5 years professional local experience within a documentation / coordination role
• High Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
• A qualification in Architecture
• Solid technical skills with a good understanding of Revit modelling, detailing and documentation
• Ability to work on multiple projects
• Client and consultant liaison experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about design and sustainability
