Seeking a revit proficient contractor for 2month assignment
About this role
Seeking a revit proficient contractor with an immediate start for a 2 month contract.
Skill set/experience needs to include demolition, coordination of services, phasing and heritage (needs to have worked with listed buildings) and needs to be confident when it comes to doing visits to site.

Requirements:
- Reviewing current phased (demolition) approach
- Coordination of phased demolition with other consultants
- Site visits to verify interfaces of phase/buildings.
- Producing documents for Tender Pack.
- Producing documents for Listed Building consent.
- Producing documents for reserved matters (existing outline planning application).
