Lead/Senior Interior Designer

About this role

This multi-disciplinary design practice is constantly evolving making them a highly sought after design practice to work with. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a team working across Multi-Residential, Hotel, Hospitality and Mixed Use. You will have incredible Revit skills and will be driving and collaborating with the team working on some of the most sought after projects in Brisbane.


Key responsibilities

Set design direction across portfolio of work focussed around living and leisure sectors. Work in a client facing role to deliver across all stages of projects Oversee Design documentation in Revit Strong communication skills to negotiate and consult with clients, consultants and suppliers   Collaborating and leading with the team throughout the design process and working autonomously on projects

Skills and experience 

Excellent design capabilities Operating at a level of circa 10+ years experience Ability to work in Revit  Ability to produce high quality design and technical documentation on Revit Previous experience in Multi-Residential, Hotel, Hospitality and Mixed Use design is preferable Excellent communication skills Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative office environment
