Atlanta - Designers, Project Architects & Project Managers (5-15yr)

About this role

A world-renowned architecture firm is seeking Project Architects & Project Managers with large scale, commercial, civic, academic, hospitality or aviation/transportation experience to join their creative Atlanta studio.     

Project Architect - Role & Responsibilities:
•    Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
•    Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
•    Devise solutions from master planning and concept design through to construction document production
•    Coordinate with a variety of consultants
•    Provide leadership to staff
•    Work with clients to meet their design and operational requirements
•    Participate in project interviews and design presentations

Project+ Contract Manager - Role & Responsibilities:
•    Participate in marketing and business development
•    Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts
•    Manage project budget, schedule, and consultants
•    Track fees and costs
•    Manage day-to-day activities of projects
•    Foster communication with project team
•    Ensure compliance with standards and policies
•    Provide leadership and mentor staff

PA & PM - Key skills and experience:
•    8-15+ years of professional experience through all phases
•   Architecture License preferred
•   Aviation, Education, K-12, Hospitality experience is a plus
•   (PA) Proficiency using Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, and Rhino 3D
•   In-depth knowledge of design, construction methodology, and material application
•   (PM) Thorough understanding of project planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
•   Ability to work on multiple complex projects
•   Travel may be required
