Highly renowned boutique interior design studio seeks sharp and presentable Executive Assistant to support the Founding Director

About this role


Join the team of this luxury interior design studio in a stylish city suburb, providing 1:1 support to the Founding Director with a myriad of tasks, including comprehensive administration, complex diary management and client correspondence.  

The ideal person will have a solid understanding of the luxury interiors, fashion and lifestyle market, have exceptional organization and time management skills and be highly personable, with a positive, can do attitude. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee complex diary management and weekly schedule.
  • Make international/ local travel arrangements. 
  • Assist with client correspondence and organise client meetings/ lunches. 
  • Undertake small studio tasks, ensuring the upkeep of the space. 
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and actions (where appropriate), for circulation of information to participants (pre & post meetings) by agreed timeframes
  • Assess incoming phone calls and correspondence and redirecting as appropriate
  • Greet clients and create warm. welcoming space. 
  • Execute and plan events on behalf of the studio.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within the creative industry - design, fashion or music. 
  • Pro-active by nature and display a high level of initiative.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in dealing with personal information and matters.
  • You strive for excellence and are committed to maintaining efficient and effective procedures.
  • A high level of time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks at one time.
  • Good knowledge of Sydney's entertainment and lifestyle spots - good restaurant knowledge, venue space and events.

Upon her return she worked in sales and account management for an international travel firm and a tech solutions company – forming fantastic relationships with a global network of colleagues and clients. Holly joined Bespoke Careers in June 2021 to work on the Business Support team, helping find the right talent for studios across London. In 2024, Holly joined the Sydney team.
