Senior Architect - Design Studio

About this role

This internationally renowned Australian design practice is seeking an experienced Project Leader to join their busy Sydney studio. The ideal candidate will be a talented architect with outstanding all round skills and strengths  leading projects through delivery stages ( design skills also valued). Ideally you will have local experience including mid to large projects across a variety of sectors. This will suit an experienced Architect with confident communication skills, and experience on large projects. 

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design and delivery of multi res projects 
• Work effectively with others in a collaborative high performance environment  
• Proven experience leading multi-residential projects
• Provide a thorough understanding of detail design and documentation process

Skills and experience

• Approx 10 years experience across a range of different projects but multi res in particular 
• Exposure to Class 2 regulations highly valued
• Revit skills desirable
• A portfolio of high quality work
• A solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA’s
• Capable of working in a collaborating team environment
• Self-motivated, able to lead on a project package and manage a team
