Thriving studio is currently seeking a talented design architect with experience on front end stages of multi residential projects

About this role

This role will encompass project leadership, client management, team leadership and collaboration. Local experience within Australia (and particularly Sydney) highly valued. Package commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects and teams with a focus on multi-residential projects
Work closely with Principals on early stages incl DA for projects
Develop the skills of others within your team
Work closely with clients and stakeholder groups

Skills and experience

Approx 10 years experience gained in well regarded studios
Demonstrated experience on large mixed use projects
Ability to test options and develop designs on large scale projects
Mentor staff in career and team based activities
Have a high customer service focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated design skills
Have other interests and a balanced life style

She has worked for small and large practices including eight years as practice manager at Bates Smart. She has used her extensive knowledge to advise and support leading firms and government agencies in Sydney on their recruitment requirements. Misty is now mainly focused on senior/ strategic appointments.
