Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead, manage, motivate, mentor and coach a team of ambitious landscape architects 
•    Manage and effectively deliver high profile projects 
•    Effectively build and nurture client relationships 
•    Produce winning bids
•    Undertake project, fee and resource planning to effectively manage project finances and budgets 

Requirements:
•    A Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent 
•    Chartered member of the Landscape Institute or equivalent 
•    Substantial track record of running, managing and delivering significant projects post master’s qualification 
•    Proven ability to effectively and responsibly manage multiple projects across all RIBA work stages
•    Must be a design and detail-oriented landscape architect with technical proficiency
