Looking to join a friendly and collaborative design studio? This well-known practice is looking for an energetic ArchiCAD experienced Architect to join their design team in the Lake Macquarie area. This studio have an impressively diverse project portfolio across Education, multi-Residential, Public projects and more. This role will suit a design professional with developed skills across all stages of a project.

The office is a lovely new co-work space with a small team, backed by a larger team in Sydney. You will have the opportunity to work on local and regional projects.
 

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of key projects
• Coordination with clients and consultants
• Produce resolved design ideas collaboratively and autonomously
• Manage projects from concept through to delivery
• Provide support to junior team

Skills and experience

• Completed qualifications in Architecture
• Excellent ArchiCAD skills as well as excellent technical documentation and detailing ability
• Provide a strong portfolio of relevant project examples
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
