World leading design firm seeks marketing lead
About this role
A world-leading, interdisciplinary architecture and design firm is seeking an Interim Marketing Manager to join the team. This firm has designed some of the most prestigious cultural projects globally in recent years. This is a career-making opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about design. The role will run for approx. 5 months from December 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal development in collaboration with partners, the leadership team, and Coordinators.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials from start to finish, including qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
- Draft and refine proposal content with feedback from Partners and the Marketing Director.
- Coordinate with external consultants and manage their contributions to proposals.
- Plan and rehearse with presentation teams for project interviews.
- Maintain and organize marketing resources and implement strategies to preserve institutional knowledge.
- Analyze proposal success rates to inform future strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a marketing role within a design firm or equivalent.
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
- Strong graphic design sensibility.
- Strategic thinker with flexibility to adapt to different stakeholder needs.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Passion for design and a solid understanding of the architecture industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
