Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and staff expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciling supplier statements, addressing discrepancies, and managing related queries.
- Overseeing the accounts payable email inbox and handling communications.
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs via online banking.
- Posting payments and assisting with weekly client procurement payment runs.
- Collaborating with the procurement team to keep client projects reconciled and up-to-date.
- Compiling monthly expense documentation for client billing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
- Experience in the creative industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of multicurrency transactions and foreign exchange.
- An AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
