Mid-Level Interior Designer needed for Hospitality, Retail, Multi-Res, and Commercial projects. Southern City fringe location. Revit proficiency is a must!
About this role
Our client is a young and innovative team of Architects based on the Southern fringe of Melbourne CBD. After several years of successfully delivering projects in the multi-residential, hospitality and commercial sectors, they are now seeking a Mid - Level Interior Designer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team of thoughtful creatives in executing projects that will give the right candidate a strong skill set, for further career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on projects from concept to completion
- Develop and prepare design presentations
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Complete documentation in Revit
- Contribute to outstanding project outcomes
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Min 3+ years' post-grad local experience
- Experience on projects within the commercial/multi-res/hospitality/retail sectors
- Experience working across concept stages through to completion
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign
- Rhino and SketchUp modeling skills will be considered favorably
- Strong design sensibility (demonstrated through a beautifully presented folio)
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
