About this role
A well-established architectural practice in Victoria is looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical skills to join their dynamic 50-person team. Specialising in Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality sectors, the firm is currently engaged in exciting projects, including a 260-unit modular residential development in Camphill and a planning-stage residential scheme in Wimbledon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical detailing and package development for the large-scale Camphill residential project.
- Oversee project development across various stages, particularly in RIBA Stages 3-5, for both residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure high-quality design and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Extensive UK experience, with a focus on technical detailing for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential (a Revit assessment will be part of the interview process).
- Strong experience with RIBA Stages 3-5 and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
