Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project development from concept through construction
• Manage small-medium sized projects autonomously
• Manage coordination of large projects with the director
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation
• Able to check design and documentation packages of junior team members
• Contribute to processes to ensure the compliance of project quality standards
• Ensure projects meet relevant regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

Skills and Experience

• Relevant degree/studies in Architecture
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Prior experience working on high-end residential projects
• Capability to lead coordination and manage a project through all stages
• High-quality detailing and delivery skills
• Vectorworks and Sketchup essential, Enscape a bonus
