Project Architect - Hospitality Projects - Revit

About this role

This national design studio specialises in the hospitality, retail, branding and digital design. With over 10 years’ experience, they have worked with great brand names in the retail industry - they are successful, well-established with offices in Melbourne, Vietnam and the US. An opening has come about for a talented Revit documenter to join the team on hospitality and retail projects. The successful candidate will come armed with outstanding experience in documenting projects, solid Revit skills, and can handle a fast-paced environment. An enthusiastic approach is also key as culture fit is very important to this down-to-earth and talented bunch. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work on small-large scale hospitality and retail projects
• Contribute to detailed documentation phases
• Respond to complex issues with innovative solutions
• Work closely with the Directors
• Liaise with clients, consultants and builders

Skills & Experience

• Masters Degree in Architecture or Technician qualification
• Minimum of 8 years post-grad experience, from feasibility, through to documentation 
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience within the hospitality and/or retail sector needed
• High proficiency in Revit
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of BCA, NCC and other Australian standards
• Passion for architecture & interiors!
