Sales Support / Estimator for Interior Accoustics

About this role

Join an international supplier of Interior Acoustic Systems as Sales Support, working on large-scale commercial projects. 

You will support the sales team across all sales activities; ensuring the accurate preparation of all company proposals and bring forward innovative solutions for bespoke projects.

This role is based in Sydney's Western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the senior project team to support all sales activities
• Accurately prepare proposals in collaboration with the sales team
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best product and pricing is achieved
• Generate ideas, take advantage of networking opportunities and expand your industry knowledge
• Accurately maintain databases and utilise information gathered from internal CRM systems and databases
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on company costs & quote activity
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
• Research market trends and emerging products in the market

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Well organised, innovative and enthusiastic
• Ability to read, interpret and accurately derive information from architectural plans
• Familiar with CAD software
• Able to work professionally under pressure and develop strong working relationships
• Experience and/or qualifications in a similar estimator role is highly desired
