Our client, a renowned supplier of exquisite timber flooring solutions, is seeking a skilled and passionate Bdm to join their Sydney team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and reactivating new relationships from an existing database. All new client leads are completely managed by you so you can see projects from start to finish and earn bonuses for your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within the design industry
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Responding to and closing sales inquiries
- Maximising order profitability
- Preparing quarterly sales forecasts
- Developing compelling pitches and presentations
- Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience within the luxury design industry, preferably in timber or flooring
- A deep understanding of high-end design trends and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for building relationships and a knack for identifying opportunities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- Outstanding presentation skills
- A refined aesthetic sense and a beautifully presented CV
