Join this family founded business known for their luxurious textiles as a Wholesale Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the organisation's wholesale business.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing wholesale clients
- Identify and onboard new wholesale clients to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with wholesale partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to wholesale clients
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic account management decisions
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to expand the wholesale business
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in an account management or sales role, ideally within the wholesale or B2B space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client requests and challenges
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and client onboarding
