Project Coordinator - 14 month FTC
14 month FTC contract with an amazing, award winning, international architecture practice. January start.
About this role
This practice, with an acclaimed portfolio of groundbreaking projects, is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join their busy team. As Project Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the design team as well as providing some light PA duties to the Project Directors.
This is a 14 month maternity cover contract to start in January.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management, including arrangement of client meetings and site visits
- Coordinate travel and accommodation booking for the Project Director and design team
- Liaise with accounts departments on invoices, fee proposals and contracts
- Assist with project forecasting and scheduling using Excel
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team
- Assist with project submissions and presentations when required - InDesign
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience within a similar role, ideally within architecture or design
- Strong IT skills, experience with Adobe Suite and Excel are highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
