Revit Architect/Technician - International Studio

Key Responsibilities
- Work on hospitality/health/seniors living/civic/government projects
- Lead design at times
- Undertake and drive Revit documentation
- Assist team members as required
- Be part of an architectural design team delivering major hospital projects, community sports facilities and learning environments
- Lead the design and development of architectural concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the project team to translate frequently complex requirements into functional designs that deliver well resolved architecture
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation to support the construction process
- Provide technical advice and support to the project team throughout the construction phase
- Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices in architecture
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards
Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Architecture
- Operating at 5-20 years local professional experience
- Experience working on a diverse mix of projects
- Solid Revit proficiency
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the BCA
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
- Positive approach with a willingness to learn and undertake all tasks of all levels
