Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical stages under the guidance of associates or directors.

Produce and supervise technical production and site works.

Manage and coordinate teams on complex projects.

Produce high-quality Revit documentation.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure quality control and project delivery.
Skills and Experience:

Experience in high-end London projects.

Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.

Coordination and technical expertise.

Proficiency in Revit.

Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.

Experience leading projects from RIBA Stages 4-6.

Familiarity with High end residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

Understanding of UK building codes and regulations.

Collaborative team player with a drive to succeed.
