- Project Experience: Their projects are varied and impactful, and they are currently looking for a designer with UK workplace, commercial office Cat B fit-out experience. Confident Project Leader: Someone who thrives in a client-facing role, that can build strong relationships, communicate ideas clearly, managing client interactions with professionalism and a personal touch is essential—you’ll be the face of the team, ensuring that each client feels supported and confident in our design process. Personality is Key: Bring your positivity, motivation, and ambition and you will easily gel with their close-knit team, ready to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute. Growth Mindset: Whether you’re looking to step into a senior role or are ready to grow from mid to senior, they’re keen to support your career journey. Software: Revit experience is preferred.
