Excellent opportunity to build up a Global firm's education studio in Orlando!
About this role
Established international firm with offices around the U.S. and Asia is looking for an Education Studio Leader to build up their presence in the Florida education market. You will strategize new business plans, build professional relationships with clients and public agencies, and develop project contracts, as well as provide leadership to staff and deliver packages.
Key responsibilities
- Develop & implement business development plans
- Bring in new clients
- Provide educational design expertise and guidance to team and projects throughout all project phases
- Coordinate with clients and consultants
- Lead the development and implementation of projects
- Strategize with Education Market Sector Leader
- Collaborate with staff on projects
- Ensure QA/QC
- Attend industry events
Skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
- 15+ years of work experience
- Education sector project experience is required
- Strong aptitude for business development and strategic leadership
- Conceptual Design Skills
