This practice are seeking a proactive and technically focused Architect to join the team. You will play a key role in a high-profile collaboration with Berkeley Homes, contributing to the delivery of a 35-floor residential development comprising 520 apartments. The project is currently at Stage 5, and your expertise in both technical design and Revit will be crucial as you lead the day-to-day demands of design modifications and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and coordination of a large-scale residential project.
- Adapt and modify design solutions as the project progresses.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for key project decisions, ensuring high standards of execution.
- Leverage your strong Revit skills to implement design changes efficiently.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Qualified Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
