A truly exciting design firm seeks a flexible and organized Studio Manager to join their growing team. The firm works on major design projects globally: hotels, art galleries, restaurants and private residential work. The firm has many celebrity and UHNW clients.

A wonderful architecture and interior studio in Lower Manhattan is seeking a Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of this 20 person studio.
Position Summary: The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, support staff and foster a creative environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio operations, including managing supplies, equipment and software licenses.
- Support partners and senior staff with tracking project management activities
- Handle client and vendor inquiries and relationships.
- Implement policies to enhance efficiency.
- Act as liaison with the firm's PEO and support human resources activities and queries.
- Support recruitment and onboarding.
- Organize team-building activities and professional development.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, the arts, business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a creative/design context
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Financial management experience.
