As a design lead, you will impart your passion for design and the importance of relationships while inspiring and leading a group of talented professionals and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the concept and design development on prominent international projects with the support of a large team
- Produce and refine regular submissions and presentation material to client
- Manage multiple projects concurrently taking charge of programming and deliverables
- Working on groundbreaking international projects
- Client-facing responsibilities
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors
Skills and Experience
- Significant demonstrated industry experience across a range of projects through all stages
- Exceptional concept and design development experience
- Significant international city-scale masterplanning
- Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills
- Clear understanding of urban design, public realm and landscape architecture principles and the demonstrated ability to apply them
- Proficient in Vectorworks or Revit
- 10+ years' experience
