ArchiCAD guru - Architects/Techicians for Housing projects = Immediate Start!

About this role

Immediate need for a ArchiCAD guru to assist in documentation stages. This design driven boutique studio produce projects ranging from luxury developments to large-scale multi-Residential projects. They are looking for someone to join on contract (hourly rate) basis to assist with the production. Opportunity to extend - great studio. You will work closely with senior architects to deliver exceptional designs that exceed client expectations.
 

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation throughout construction stages
• Work independently and with initiative 
• Build strong rapport with consultants and team members
• Ensure delivery of high-quality details
• Coordination with consultants and suppliers, integrating feedback in design 
• Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery in ArchiCAD
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations 

Skills and experience

• Relevant qualifications in Architecture 
• Operating at a level equal to 5-8+ years of local professional experience in architecture practice
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, local construction methods, and building codes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects
• Proven experience in construction stages on Residential
• Advanced ArchiCAD skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
