Salary Conversations – EmAGN X Bespoke Careers

After two years of no in-person events, on 23rd June, the Bespoke Careers Sydney office teamed up with EmAGN as part of their ‘monthly drinks’ series to host ‘Salary Conversations – A Guide to 2022’ – an informative evening to update emerging architects and graduates in NSW. The night covered everything from updates on the current market, visas, skills sets, remote working and contracting – all over some drinks and pizza in the Bespoke Careers’ Sydney headquarters. 

Celebrating the 2022 Bespoke Careers Salary Guide, which in its sixth year running, covers the architecture and design industries across Australia, New Zealand, London, New York and Los Angeles. This year, as well as including detailed salary information for each location, Bespoke Careers are featuring a brief market overview and a guide to a standard, enhanced and outstanding benefits package.

Overall, the night was a success, with the wine and beer flowing, cheese boards and pizza demolished and lots of in-depth conversations about the job market, locally and overseas. As long-standing supporters of EmAGN, be it at their parties or events, the Bespoke team were thrilled to partner again with the organisation and look forward to future events.
