On February 24th, 2021, the Bespoke Careers London office hosted a webinar entitled ‘Hiring in a Post-Brexit World’. In this informative event Katy Henderson, Director at H&P Associates, talked us through the implications of Brexit on UK immigration.

• Sponsor Licence Application: How to apply for one, appointing an Authorising Officer, what the relevant supporting documents are and salary requirements.
• Compliance: Sponsorship compliance for employers, the prevention of illegal working and the penalties involved, Right to Work checks and employer responsibilities and how to check the legality of documents.
