A boutique practice in Sydney is seeking talented Project Architects and Technicians with developed skills in Housing projects from design development to construction and delivery. Confidence presenting & managing consultants. Excellent communication, documentation and visual skills. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving creative fast-paced practice and work on high quality Residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Multi-Residential projects following initial concept to construction
- Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members
- Collaborate with design team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality details
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design
- Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery in BIM
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations
Skills & Experience
- Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights
- Proven local experience working on relevant projects
- Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge
- Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
