They are looking for Senior Design Architect to lead the design team!

Key responsibilities

Working on innovative residential projects from concept to completion
Produce good quality design outcomes
Strong knowledge of NCC and state/local planning codes
Understanding of the market cost of construction, building industry, practices, government rules & regulations

Skills and experience

Relevant qualification in architecture
NSW registration essential
Full Australian working rights
Demonstrated local experience gained on high quality residential projects
ArchiCAD skills
Added bonus if you know SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative
Exposure to all phases of the architectural process
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually
Good knowledge of local codes and standards, and understanding of council controls & regulations
A keen eye for detail and professional approach to work
