About this role
A customer-focused Showroom Consultant role with a reputable, high-quality supplier of kitchen and bathroom hardware, tapware and fittings has become available.
Contributing to an enthusiastic and collaborative team in their Woollahra showroom, this role provides an opportunity for a passionate design-lover to exercise their proactivity, exceptional customer service skills, well-organised approach to coordination of deliverables and motivation to work within the interior design industry.
This role is Monday to Friday and will be based in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries and guide them through product selection process
- Work with the Showroom Manager to achieve team objectives
- Provide customer service via the showroom and through phone and email
- Coordinate product sales through to delivery
- Prepare quotations and track sales to assist in reporting
- Develop and manage lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and industry networks
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a showroom, particularly in the interior design industry preferred
- Understanding of the interior design, construction and/or architecture industries
- Appreciation for the requirements of working with a luxury brand
- Excellent verbal and written communication, well-organised and proactive
- Proficient using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
