About this role


One of Australia's leading architecture practices is seeking a highly skilled and pro-active Bids Coordinator to join their Sydney studio. 

Working closely with the Bid Manager, you'll help establish, develop and produce high-quality submissions and tenders, supporting the business development activities across the studio on a national basis. 

The idea candidate will be someone experienced in graphic design, particularly within the architecture and design sectors, who is meticulous, has strong written and verbal communication skills and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce bid documents and proposals to win new work across a range of sectors on a national basis. 
  • Work cross functionally with different stakeholders to collate technical and non-technical data.
  • Conduct analysis of brief documents and assess scoring criteria.
  • Manage information and inputs from both internal and external teams. 
  • Develop high-quality branded bid collateral using InDesign and other creative software.  
  • Maintain the internal database with opportunities & client details. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team.

Skills and Experience
  • Similar experience in architecture bids or marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of bid preparation and processes.
  • Proficient using MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Confident individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and solid interpersonal skills.  
  • Self-motivated and well-organised with excellent personal time management skills
